If entrepreneurs are born rather than taught, Lee is a great example.  Trading from the age of 7 by selling fruits at school to selling raffle tickets for the children’s foundation earning the prize; Best National Sales Person.

Lee has been managing sales teams since age 16, starting with the national Epson promotional program.  This included recruitment, training and placement of all the promotional resources.  

Lee has become best known for his work at Leegra.  As the founder of the Leegra Marketing Group nearly 16 years ago, Lee developed Leegra into a leader in retail marketing solutions.  Lee has owned several other businesses and gained extensive business experience.

During his time at the company, Lee has worked with many leading companies such as Samsung, Absa and MTN to aid consumer-based brands to reach and build value for their customers.  In 2008 he also started Innovative Franchise Concepts and serves as the chairman. Lee’s media presence has included appearances on leading news programmes including CNBC Africa, Summit TV, 702-talk radio and Kaya FM (entrepreneurship segment). Specialties: Innovation, strategy, business development, brand identity and development.


Tankiso is currently the Brandserve Group Deputy CEO responsible for providing strategic direction to the group, increasing depth of services offering, shaping operational innovation and executional excellence to better serve our clients’ brands.

Tankiso has been working in the FMCG sector in Southern Africa for the past 15 years at all levels since completing his marketing management BBA (Hon) qualification in 2000.

Agreeing upfront with clients on service level agreements and expectations insures that the client’s expectations are met and the client knows what they are buying.
